Groups Offered
Government Graduate College Asghar Mall, Rawalpindi · est. 1948
Government Graduate College Asghar Mall offers Intermediate Part-I & Part-II across five groups — Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, I.Com, and Humanities — for students who've completed Matric or an equivalent qualification. Subjects for each group are drawn from the relevant science, commerce, and arts departments; admission is on merit, following the same schedule and notice-board process as BS admissions.
Subject Combinations — ICS & Humanities
Applicants to ICS and Humanities also choose one fixed subject combination at admission — Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, and I.Com each have a single set of compulsory subjects instead, with no combination to choose.

- C2 — Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
Humanities
- H1 — Computer Science, Geography, Statistics
- H2 — Computer Science, Economics, Geography
- H3 — Computer Science, Economics, Psychology
- H4 — Computer Science, Education, Psychology
- H5 — Computer Science, History, Civics
- H6 — Computer Science, Sociology, Civics
- A1 — Education, Islamic Studies, Persian
- A2 — Arabic, History, Islamic Studies
